About Pretty Good Days

Who makes Pretty Good Days, why it exists and how we write.

Pretty Good Days is a small, friendly corner of the internet about gentle routines: calm mornings, learning a little every day, playful ways to move and softer evenings. We don’t believe you need a perfect day — a pretty good one, built from small habits, is plenty.

Who’s behind it

Pretty Good Days launched in 2026. It is published by the company that also develops or publishes the apps and games we sometimes write about: LingFit, MindIsland, Laser Thief, Haunted: Are You Alone?, Tank Avenger – Mixed Reality, Sozo – Tower Defense. You’ll find who that is in our legal notice.

We want to be completely open about that. When an article covers one of these products, it is content from the maker, not an independent review. You can read more in our disclaimer.

What you’ll find here

  • Small steps, not life overhauls. Ideas you can try in two, five or ten minutes.
  • “Try this today” boxes. One concrete thing to do right away, no equipment or sign-up needed.
  • Honest options. When we round up apps or games, we include good alternatives from other companies, too.
  • Play counts. A silly game break or a short walk can be part of a pretty good day just as much as a meditation.

What you won’t find here

  • Medical or psychological advice. We write about everyday wellbeing, not treatment. If you’re struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional.
  • Made-up testimonials, fake reviews or invented experts. Articles are written by The Pretty Good Days Team.
  • Trackers or ads following you around. We don’t use cookies or analytics — see our privacy policy.
